Q: Can I use your art for free?
A: Sorry, no. You need to contact me 1st and let me know what you plan on doing with the art and get a price quote for a license to use my art.
Q: I can't pay but I really love your artwork. Can you draw something for me free?
A: Sorry, no. If you are a non-profit organization contact me, I may be interested in donating art or time if I have the time.
Q: How long you been drawing?
A: I have been drawing all my life (I am 49 now). Been painting for about 20 years or so. Been making sculptures for over three or four years.
Q: Are you a tattoo artist and can you design a tattoo for me?
A: No I am not a tattoo artist, but I can design you a cool tattoo for your tattoo artist to base your next tattoo on. Contact me for more information.
Q: Can I get a tattoo of one of your drawings or paintings?
A: Yes. Only two requirements. Do not leave copies of my work in the tattoo shop. Once the tattoo is finished send me a good photograph (via snail mail or email) of your tattoo. Include your name, the tattoo artist and shops name, so your photo can be included on the site for other Gaither fans to see.
Q: Can I use your art on my web site?
A: For the most part no. But if you are posting art with an article about my art and you have links to this web site, then yes.
Q: Can I interview you?
A: Yes. Contact me to set up a time & date.
Q: I am in school and I am required to do a report on an artist I like, will you help me on this?
A: A good chance I will say yes as I have done this many times before. Email details of what you have in mind.
Q: Will you link to my site/ Can I link to your site?
A: Maybe. Email us a link so I can check out your web site. But please have patience in waiting for a reply as it takes us a little while to get to the link updates.
Q: What medium does do you paint with, tools, pencils, pens etc?
A: Liquitex acrylic paint, Higgins waterproof black drawing ink, Rotring Rapidograph drawing pens, & Photoshop.
Q: Can I color your black and white art ?
A: Yes. But you cannot sell it, post it online. It will be for your personal use only.
Q: Can you teach me how to draw?
A: Sorry no, I really do not have time for this.
Q: Can you tell me where I can get my art published?
A: Sorry no.
Q: I am an artist, can I send you a drawing I did? I would like your opinion on my art.
A: No. I am sorry about this. I used to do this all the time, but I really do not have for this anymore.
Q: Who inspires you?
A: Many things. TV & movies, Ed Roth, Odd Rods, and way too many other artists to list.
Q: If I buy an original art piece can I reproduce it?
A: No. I own the copyright of most if not all of my work. If you purchase an original or print of mine, it may not be reproduced unless that is agreed upon beforehand.
